Outlawed Ephedra Diet Pills, Now What! 0

Jul28

Ephedra diet pills have been outlawed. The FDA has brought back the ephedra ban.

Now my book, The Black Market Report on Ephedrine, is your only choice if you ever want to learn how to put the “power of ephedra” back into your life. You can find it at www.bestfatburner.com

Ephedra diet pills were legal and extremely popular with millions of customers for over 10 years.

Ephedra products really helped a lot of people shed excess weight.

Some people had trouble taking diet pills with ephedra and that was okay because to solve the problems all you had to do was stop using them.

But some people ignored the warning signs their body was giving them or continued to abuse the proper use of ephedra.

Now, despite the fact that millions of people actually lost weight taking ephedra year after year with little to no problems, this herb has been outlawed like a truly dangerous drug. They treated ephedra like it killed thousands of people or sent them into poverty because of addiction.

The diet pills that are left on the market are mostly lame versions of products that used to work minus the ephedra.

Companies have tried to replace ephedra with chemically similar ingredients like Citrus Aurantium, but they just don’t work nearly as well.

Citrus Aurantium (Synephrin) is often called a chemical cousin of ephedrine (found in ephedra) and works in a similar fashion to rid the body of fat but it has had limited success.

Of course there has been a campaign started up to make Citrus Aurantium look dangerous also.

Trust me, if any herb that comes out to be as effective as ephedra was there will be a smear campaign to make the herb look like a killer.

Why do I say this? Because ephedra worked, plus it was pretty darn cheap and the drug companies couldn’t get a patent on ephedra because it is a natural herb.

There are plenty of prescription weight loss drugs on the market that are not even as safe as ephedra diet pills were. They also are not as effective or could only claim to be as effective.

These “heavy duty” and expensive prescription diet pills don’t do any better job at causing you to lose weight than ephedra did.

You still have some options, one of them is to get my book “The Black Market Report on Ephedrine and educate yourself about how it is still possible to get the “power of ephedra”. Visit www.bestfatburner.com to learn more.

Pickles: a Healthy Snack With Snap 0

Jul27

Pickles are a popular snack, side dish, and condiment. But did you know that pickles are also a healthy part of your diet? There are many different pickle recipes out there, but each version has its own healthy benefits depending on the ingredients that went into the pickle and the method used for pickling, whether fermented or packed with vinegar. Pickles are great for most diets because not only are they low in calories, and low in fat or fat-free, many versions are also low in sugar.

Pickles are also a healthy edition to your diet for other reasons. Pickles, being made from cucumbers or other vegetables, are high in fiber which is necessary for digestive health and fighting cancer. The cucumbers and other vegetables also contain antioxidants, which fight free-radicals, and depending on the veggie, can be a good source of calcium, magnesium, and iron. The recommendation by most health professionals is to eat five servings of vegetables and fruit each day. Eating pickles is a great way to get a daily serving or two of your five-a-day!

The spices with which pickles are made are also healthy. For example, dill and garlic, both of which are popular in pickles, both have the ability to regulate bacterial growth. Dill and other spices also contain flavonoids, which is a healing addition to your diet. Mustard seeds are known to be good for digesting foods and even turmeric powder has medicinal properties and is believed to lower rates of Alzheimer’s disease.

Fermented pickles also have good bacteria that can control harmful intestinal microbes. When pickles are fermented, lactic acid is created. This acid helps to lower fat in the bloodstream, improve circulation, and lower high blood pressure. It also helps to support a healthy digestive system, reintroduces good bacteria into the intestines, such as Lactobacillus acidophilus, and is beneficial for diabetics. In fact, one study even found that eating fermented products regularly contributed to lower rates of skin problems, asthma, and auto-immune disorders.

Many pickles are made with vinegars. This healthy liquid has several positive properties in addition to its tangy taste. Vinegar is known to boost the immune system, ease digestive disorders, and can break down calcium deposits in a person’s joints. In addition, vinegar is known to decrease high blood pressure, and help treat urinary infections. It is even said to re-mineralize your bones, balance your blood pH, and fight infection. Vinegar is also anti-bacterial and anti-fungal. It inhibits the growth of the E.coli bacteria, and when used in conjunction with salt, which is common in pickling, the anti-bacterial properties are amplified.

Another common item used for pickling is apple cider vinegar. It has several additional health benefits as well. Not only does it contain several minerals, thirty-plus nutrients, and pectin, which is good for your heart, it also contains several essential amino acids, all of which are a great addition to your diet.

Pickles can be a tasty snack eaten with the confidence that you’re having something healthy at the same time – what could be better? Hey, even Aristotle, Thomas Jefferson, Napoleon, and Cleopatra believed in the health benefits of the pickle, and Hippocrates utilized it for one of the first medicines! So if you ever needed a reason to eat more pickles, now you have it.

Cabbage Soup Diet Weight Loss That Really Works so Fast 0

Jul27

On the top of the list of quick-fix fad diets is the cabbage soup diet weight loss. It should not be followed as a long-term eating plan, as it is dangerously low in calories and could do more harm than good.

The Cabbage Soup Diet offers fast weight loss, but it is completely lacking in nutrition, flavor and variety. You’ll consume mostly soups of cabbage, onion, celery, carrots, tomatoes and mushrooms. Nutritionists argue that the pounds shed are more likely attributed to the dramatic and dangerous loss in calories and not the proposed fat-burning power found in the cabbage. This diet deprives your body of essential nutrients and has been correlated to difficulty concentrating, feeling light-headed and weak.

Here is a recipe for the cabbage soup diet, if you elect not to take it in pill form:

Ingredients of the cabbage soup diet weight loss:

1 head cabbage

6 green onions

2 green peppers

1 can diced tomatoes

1 bunch celery

1 pack Lipton onion soup mix (using self made vegetable broth tastes better)

Method of the cabbage soup diet weight loss:

Cut the vegetables into bite size pieces.

You can salute the vegetables a little in a frying pan first. Add a little salt and pepper for flavor if you want.

Mix everything in a large pot, and add enough water to cover everything.

Bring to a boil, then turn the heat down, and simmer until the veggies are soft.

The diet needs to be followed exactly! The cabbage soup diet will only work if it is followed exactly how it is set down, means no deviation from the format:

Day 1

Eat all of the fruit you want (except for bananas). You can eat only the cabbage soup and the fruit for the first day. You can drink unsweetened teas, cranberry juice and water.

Day 2

You can eat all of the fresh, raw or cooked vegetables that you want.

Day 3

You can eat all the soup you want, as well as fruits and vegetables.

Day 4

You should eat as many as eight bananas, as well as drink as many glasses of skim milk. You should also keep eating the cabbage soup.

Day 5

Eat 10-20 ounces of beef and up to six fresh tomatoes. You should also drink at least 6 to 8 glasses of water in order to flush out the uric acid within your body. You should have at least one bowl of cabbage soup. If you don’t like beef, you can exchange it for skinless, baked chicken.

Day 6

Incorporates just beef and vegetables. You can eat all of the beef and vegetables you want, as well as at least one bowl of the cabbage soup.

Day 7

You can eat as much brown rice, vegetables and unsweetened fruit juices as you want, as well as at least one bowl of the cabbages.

There is no better way to jump start any weight loss program incorporate the cabbage soup diet in your weight loss program and watch the pounds melt away quickly.
